Pilipinas 911 is a private company patterned after the Emergency 911 dispatch system of the United States — bringing world-class emergency call-taking and response coordination to Filipino families and organizations.
Our roots trace back to Citywatch, a GPS tracking and monitoring operation that dispatched police, rescue and towing services for fleets across the country. When Typhoon Ondoy struck in 2009 and our own people nearly lost their lives, our founder saw a bigger mission: use technology, trusted responder networks and round-the-clock operations to help anyone in an emergency.
Today, Pilipinas 911 is accredited and certified by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) — the global standard-setting body for 911 call-taking and dispatch processes. Our call-takers are registered nurses. Our paramedics are certified Emergency Medical Technicians, continuously trained by local and international consultants.
Because we are subscription-based, our lines stay free of prank calls — so when you call, a professional answers, verifies your identity in seconds and sends the right response.

Certified EMT paramedics, police or fire responders are coordinated to your exact location — wherever you are in the country.
